Akam Developments has contracted ACE Moharram.Bakhoum to oversee the SCENE7 project in Egypt's New Administrative Capital. This collaboration, which involves the architectural expertise of Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA), aims to ensure the successful implementation of engineering and architectural designs for the project, which spans 40 feddans in the R7 district. Akam has already made significant progress, with approximately 16% of SCENE7's construction completed and a goal to invest EGP 950 million in various construction projects this year. The partnership also reflects Akam's ongoing strategy in the Egyptian real estate market, building on previous successful projects like Scenario, for which YBA provided design services.
