Omar Al Futtaim serves as the Vice Chairman and CEO of Al-Futtaim Group, overseeing its real estate division. Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is responsible for the development and management of corporate real estate and investment assets across the MENA region. Notable projects include Dubai Festival City, Cairo Festival City, and Doha Festival City. Upon completion, Cairo Festival City will accommodate over 10,000 residents across more than three million square meters. Dubai Festival City spans 5.2 million square meters and features three districts along a 30-kilometer internal road network. Doha Festival City, a $1.8 billion venture, covers 433,000 square meters. In addition to his role at Al-Futtaim, Omar Al Futtaim is the chairman of Emirates Investment Bank, vice chairman of Orient Insurance, and a board member of Dubai Chambers.
