Beta Developments has announced the launch of its new project, Beta Residence, situated on 20 feddans in 6th of October City. With investments exceeding EGP 5 billion, the compound offers 770 units (2- and 3-bedroom apartments sized 90 to 220 sqm) with semi-finished interiors, a flexible payment plan of up to 8 years and a 5% down payment. Amenities include a social club, green spaces, children's play area, EV charging stations, a sports club with gym and pool, and other leisure facilities. The announcement coincides with the company's rebranding from Beta Egypt for Urban Development to Beta Real Developments, highlighting its commitment to innovation in Egypt's real-estate market.
