Yahya Abougabal is the Founder and Chairman of Deyar Misr Properties (DMP), a position he has held since January 2001. He is also a Co-Founder and board member of Locations Developments since December 2019 and Channel Locations Developments since March 2022.
Abougabal studied at Cairo University and earned an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. He operates in the real estate development and construction industry in Egypt. Notably, he led the launch of the “Kanyon Business Complex” in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, with an investment cost of EGP 300 million.
