Dr. Abdallah Kamel serves as the Chairman of EBNY, where he has been the CEO and Managing Director since the company's inception. He holds board memberships in several organizations, including the Modern Arab Institution (Selah El Telmeez), the American Chamber of Commerce, and the Egyptian Businessmen Association. Additionally, he is a managing member of AUG Pharma and a board member of SWY.

Dr. Kamel is recognized for his creative thinking and forward-looking vision, which have been instrumental in EBNY's success in the real estate sector. Under his leadership, the company has achieved investments exceeding 500,000 square meters in Egypt, with over 70% of its projects focused on residential, entertainment, medical, administrative, and commercial developments.

Ebny Real Estate Development has launched Ebny Land, the first and largest international entertainment city in Upper Egypt, located in New Sohag City. The project involves investments exceeding $10 million and features over 100 rides and attractions, along with cafes and retail spaces, designed to serve more than 38 million people. Dr. Abdallah Kamel, the chairman, emphasized the project's alignment with Egypt's vision for Upper Egypt's development and its potential to create jobs and attract investments. Construction is expected to be completed within six months, with partnerships involving international entertainment companies. Founded in 2012, Ebny has delivered over 22 real estate projects across Cairo and Upper Egypt.
