Amin Serag is the CEO of Hyde Park Developments, an Egyptian company founded in 2007. The firm is known for significant projects such as Hyde Park New Cairo, Tawny, Seashore Ras El Hekma, and Garden Lakes. In 2024, Hyde Park Developments experienced a remarkable 200% growth in sales volume. By February 2025, the company had completed 4,729 residential units and had 6,164 units under development, with total remaining investment costs amounting to $4.7 billion. Prior to his role at Hyde Park, Serag was the CEO of Orascom Development & Management and served as Head of Property Operations at Vodafone Egypt.

A seaside resort-type compound developed on the North Coast (km ~210, Ras El Hekma) covering around 250 acres (or ~1 million m2) with chalets, villas, twin houses and terraced design to maximise sea views.
