Mabany Edris has launched the Ons New Zayed project in West Cairo, marking a significant investment of EGP 13.5 billion across 84 feddans. The development, located near the Grand Egyptian Museum and Sphinx International Airport, will include 1,012 residential units of various types and sizes, alongside amenities such as a social club, commercial spaces, and sports courts. CEO Mohamed Idris emphasized a low-density planning approach for the project, which is set to be completed in four phases, with the first phase expected for delivery in 2029. The company is also planning additional investments and projects in other areas of Egypt, including the North Coast.
