Mr. Mohamed M. Al Qubaisi is the Founder and Chairman of Manazel PJSC, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in investment and business management across both public and private sectors. Since 2006, he has successfully led Manazel, overseeing significant growth and the delivery of major projects. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund, and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. Under his leadership, Manazel has delivered more than 10,000 residential units and managed assets valued in the billions of AED. Additionally, he is the Chairman of Manazel Malls, a subsidiary of Manazel Real Estate PJSC, and previously held the position of Chairman at the National Drilling Company.

Manazel Real Estate has announced that the first phase of Al Reef 2 in Abu Dhabi is nearing completion, with villa handovers expected by the end of 2017. Currently, 70% of the construction is complete and 95% of the villas have been sold. The project, which began development in 2016, features 860 duplex villas across four neighborhoods, complemented by community facilities such as schools, retail outlets, clinics, and parks. The location provides easy access to Dubai and other significant landmarks in the UAE. The project's success is attributed to its appeal among middle-income investors and its strategic connectivity.
