MARAKEZ, Egypt's largest commercial mixed-use developer, held a press conference unveiling updates on its flagship project, District Five, located in East Cairo. The 268-acre development, with over EGP 15 billion in investments, includes 1,800 residential units and commercial spaces designed for a vibrant community atmosphere. Significant progress has been made, with construction now at 66% completion and a retail destination set to open this year. MARAKEZ, backed by the Fawaz AlHokair Group, aims to further invest EGP 24 billion across key projects to enhance urban infrastructure and community living.
