New Generation Developments

Mr. Assem Fadel is the Chairman of New Generation Developments. He earned a BA in French Languages and Translation from Al-Azhar University in 2003. Following his graduation, he transitioned into business and investment, obtaining an MBA and a diploma from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Mr. Fadel began his career in tourism and maritime transport, later founding Emirate Misr for Import & Export and Commercial Agencies in Egypt, with branches in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He also established THREE CUTS, specializing in importing CNC machines, and several manufacturing factories in China, including RAY CUT (laser tubes), HANMA Laser, and BIG DIPPER Photonic, before founding New Generation as a real estate developer.
