Amr Sultan is the Founder and CEO of Landmark Developments (LMD), a prominent real estate developer operating in Egypt and internationally. He previously held the position of Deputy CEO at Al Ahly for Real Estate Development, where he managed large-scale real estate projects in Egypt.
Sultan holds a civil engineering degree from The American University in Cairo and a Master’s in Built Environment from a UK university. Under his leadership, LMD is targeting approximately USD 6 billion in investments for hospitality and residential expansion. The company has a land bank of around 8 million sqm, with about 4.5 million sqm currently under development, and maintains an international presence with projects in multiple countries beyond Egypt.

A fully integrated mixed-use development featuring business offices, high-end retail, an urban park of ~32,000 m2, residential branded residences (W Residences) and a 5-star W Hotel -- located at the intersection of the Ring Road and 90th Street in New Cairo.
