The first phase of the Azzar compound in New Cairo, developed by Reedy Group, is set for delivery in December 2025, accounting for 70% of the project's total units. This integrated residential compound spans 25 feddans and has seen an investment of EGP 1.5 billion. The project will feature various housing options including villas and townhouses, alongside commercial spaces expected to be operational by December 2021. Additionally, Reedy Group has ambitious plans for future developments in North Coast and other areas, with a total expected investment of EGP 11 billion over the next five years. The project also boasts innovative features such as an advanced sewage system that eliminates the need for traditional sewage sinks.
